Refund Policy

We do NOT offer returns and/or refunds for any product. If an order was defective or damaged upon delivery, images must be provided to confirm. Upon SheistyScents deeming this incident as valid, a compromise shall be made. Depending on the circumstances, a refund or a replacement would be sent out to said buyer. If you recieved the wrong item, a return is eligible. As long as you send it back to us in a timely manner, a refund can be sent out upon recieving and confirming the decant.

Order Cancellation 

You can fully cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped out yet. To do so, simply contact us through out form. Once an order is shipped it is unavailable for cancellation.

P.S.

Your refund could take up too 30 days too process and will go through the same payment processor by which it was purchased.
